I ordered the beautiful looking po’boy sandwich on the special board. I understood the concept and expected fresh oyster, salty prosciutto, and spicy jalapeño all sang together. But I would like a bit more seasoning on the oysters. A touch of salt and pepper, or a squeeze of lemon would have elevated the flavors.
