Koffie is a little cafe / deli place in my office building. At Koffie it is all about the coffee. They use high-quality award-winning espresso beans from Forty Ninth Parallel, a proud local coffee roaster.
Today, I tried one of their sandwiches, and it was delicious. There were very simple flavours on the sandwich: chicken, avocado, and tomato, but everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and delightful. The cup of cappuccino I ordered tasted great as usual: the creamy foam added soft touches and balance to a powerful classic espresso taste. I also had a chocolate cookie. It was good but not outstanding.
