The legendary Water St. Cafe just celebrated their 30 years of establishment. located in the heart of the historic Gastown right across the world famous steam clock, the restaurant is known for serving classic Italian dishes with pacific northwest influence. They have been an amazing supporter of bc wines and craft distilleries , which is reflected in their comprehensive menu featuring many premium BC wines and hand crafted cocktails. It is quite amazing for Vancouver Gourmet Club to have the iconic restaurant featured in their upcoming Gastown Cocktail Crawl. I came here with Areta (@foodgressing) to have a taste of what they will offer to the event guests. The cocktails are exclusively created for the event, and most likely going to on the menu after. Here are the cocktails.

Each participant will receive one cocktail of the following:

Sons of Vancouver Amaretto No. 82, Okanagan Bordeaux Blend, Cinnamon Cloves Star Anise Honeyed Orange
The guests are getting a treat of the best craft spirits produced in BC, such as Sons of Vancouver, Odd Society, and the Wood Spirit Co.

Each guest will receive a small plate of the trio:
Burrata Bruschetta
Burrata, heirloom tomato, sundried tomato pesto, salsa verde, basil
Tuna Spaghetti Bolognese
BC albacore tuna, roasted tomato sauce, crispy enoki mushrooms
Housemade Tiramisu
The classic Italian trifle
