Thanks to my lovely friends Jenny and Justine, I had Vietnamese Hot Pot for the first time. The experience actually started with the shopping at a local Vietnamese supermarket. It was an eye opener. There were so many different kinds of fresh herbs and spices that I had never even heard of.
